We're hiring again (goodness, the Lord is so kind) and wanted to toss out some position details for those of you who might be interested!

Our dream team member is: Reliable, consistent, pays attention to detail, is forward thinking, drama free, energetic, has a positive mindset, learns quickly, and is willing to go the extra mile.
This position is: Primarily focused on jewelry production and order fulfillment. We will train you on production of our products and then you’ll work to produce set volumes based on inventory needs and wholesale orders. We will also train you in our order fulfillment software and packaging to include processing orders from submission through shipping. It requires manual dexterity to operate hand held tools, pick up and place small components, fold clothing, write notes on cards, type on a keyboard, utilize a mouse or tablet computer, etc.
You'll work: With Katie and other employees, in our studio in South Franklin, TN. Expect to work Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5-8 hours each day, but have flexibility with schedule and seasonal changes. There will be the option of some take home work for additional hours as needed. We will need flexibility for more hours leading up to market events and in the holiday rush season (October-December).
Bonus: You’ll get to have input in designs and social media campaigns. And as the Lord continues to grow Dear Mushka we are open to exploring other roles for you as fit and need align.
